lo caracteriza por prestar el servicio sin estar sujeto a las modalidades de itinerarios,

Así la definición de este transporte pareciera que las operaciones no regulares se
tornan más flexibles en cuanto a que no están obligados a cumplir tiempos de servicio del
transporte y que su infraestructura operacional será menos exigente
