Who does not like chocolate??? The truth is that I am a sweet fan and that is why today I am encouraged to share with you a very tasty and easy-to-prepare dessert to enjoy this Christmas with your family!
NGREDIENTS:
• 3 eggs
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 cup of milk powder
• ½ liter of water
• 3 large spoons of cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence (optional)
• Half a cup of sugar
PREPARATION MODE:
1.- The first thing you have to do to make this chocolate quesillo is to add a half cup of sugar in a cheese-making area with half a cup of water, this you take over a fire until you get the point of the liquid caramel. Once it's done, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
2.- In the blender add the remaining ingredients, that is, the cocoa, the condensed milk, the eggs, the vanilla essence and the whole milk, the water and beat the mixture until they are homogenized (I recommend leaving it to mix for 5 minutes ).
3.- Next, pour the mixture of the chocolate quesillo in the cheese cellar and cook it in a water bath for 1 hour inside the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
4.- After cooking 1 hour, remove the chocolate quesillo from the water bath and let it cool. Then take it to the fridge for a few hours so that it takes consistency and cools even more and that's it! Unmold when it is cold.
