First of all I want to greet you ... ;-) and welcome you to this new opportunity ... this will be something I want to talk about in the business and commercial field:

Based on my experience I want to help you and give you a couple of tips that can be very useful if we are in the world of commerce, whether we are starting, have plans to start or, also, if we already have time. Some things are vital to rename and review, so that our commercial system remains stable and sure of course with a view to success.
It is a fairly broad topic that we are going to touch, certainly, in fact, we can find books that tell us about how to be millionaires, how to have a stable business, or how to be successful, but here I want in several sections to talk about fundamental golden rules that guarantee your success That's right, your success!
It is not necessary to read a whole book, with these small tips that I will give you, in several sections we will achieve success.

How to retain customers?
Before answering this question it would be good for us to think for a moment about: what do you like the most or will you find the most outstanding aspect of your favorite place? Why do you like to buy there?

...
You did it? Well done!
Well now you have an idea of the subject to be treated.
At least these two questions are basic to the key to success.
Previously, mention something about the golden rules !, and that is precisely what will take us to have the loyalty of our customers.
Gold rules:
1 The customer is always right
2 A broad smile is the door that we find in his heart in poetic terms (the truth is that it is a more psychological issue, but true)
3 Treat them as you want to be treated.
4 Think of your problems as if they were yours.
5 Observer.
These are just some fundamental rules that we can apply to our public, I am sure that if you apply these rules just to start, you will find the door to the success of your company or business.
Of course this does not end here ... did you really believe that? this is just an introduction to what I want to keep talking to you ...
