Perhaps yes, lodged in that fragment of the collective subconscious, the Japanese warrior observes the katana and comes to his memory the last combat, the last encounter, the saber sweating blood, the panting of his rivals, the empty eyes, the death dragging the bodies still quivering how many movements involved a deadly cut? And these strokes (Ten to be precise) giving life and maybe representing a cry on the edge of the notion of emptiness...
