Oh du schöne Spargelzeit / I love asparagus soooo much:

  • Grüner Spargel / green asparagus
  • Spiegelei / fried egg
  • dünn geschnittene gebratene Streifen von Guanciale / roasted peacees of Guanciale
  • frischer Basilikum / fresh basil
  • Olivenöl / olive oil

So ein einfaches aber wirklich fantastisches Gericht.
Das passene Olivenöl finder ihr hier.
