Chinese video-sharing application TikTok tried to suppress videos made by people who were deemed by their moderators as "terrible," poor, or crippled individuals.
It was also revealed that any video content criticizing the government or government institutions would not be allowed on the platform.
Tiktok representative however, didn't deny the existence of this rules and even explained that they were set up as a direct attempt to curb bullying on the platform.

It is not sure yet how TikTok users could get their posts in the desired "For You" section.
But the released document showed that, "if the character’s appearance or the shooting environment is not good, the video will be much less attractive, not worthing [sic] to be recommended to new users."
