One thing I’ve come to understand as a business owner is that a returning client is a strong sign that you’re on the right track. It becomes even more amazing when they recommend your services to their family and friends. That is true growth you cannot buy, it just comes from trust and satisfaction.
Before look and after.
As a beautician, I know how saturated the beauty industry is. Every day, new saloons offering same service are launched and the competition is so much. But my focus has always been to stand out by giving exceptional service. My goal is not just to make my clients look beautiful but also to create a relationship built in trust, I also want to leave them feeling happy, confident, and satisfied.
Recently, one of my clients brought in her wigs that were looking really unkempt and rough. I took my time to revive them and give them a brand-new life. When she came back to pick them up, she was so excited and happy with the transformation. To my surprise, she immediately went in to bring more wigs for me to work on. Moments like this fuel my passion and they make me want to go more.
My point is that I don't just deliver a service, I build trust. And when my clients return or refer others, it's just a proof that my work is good. I am constantly working on myself, learning, upgrading and using quality products.
Not bragging, but my referrals and returning clients are the greatest testimony of my work. And that gives me even more reason to keep delivering exceptional services.
So be exceptional in what you do.
