This daily routine helps me stay focused, motivated, and ready to take on the day's adventures – both as a mom and as a business owner.
My Morning Routine
After my morning prayer and affirmations, I set intentions for the day by writing down 2-3 things I want to achieve. A cup of green tea fuels my focus! Then, I prioritize family time: making breakfast for my son and me, bathing him, and playing with him before getting ready for the day.
Work and Productivity
As an entrepreneur, I face challenges like consistency and procrastination. Writing down daily goals helps me stay on track. Depending on the day, I work from home or head out.
Lunch and Self-Care
For lunch, I opt for light meals like spaghetti and plantain, focusing on healthy choices to help me shed some baby weight.

As a business owner, my daily goals focus on growth and customer satisfaction I work on increasing my business's online presence and reach,I prioritize gathering feedback to improve my products and services,ensure timely delivery of orders to our valued customers.
Healthy Habits
Beyond food portion control, I focus on incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet and staying hydrated with plenty of water. These habits help me maintain energy and clarity throughout the day.
