These transactions involving a series of different challenges and circumstances .
My primary business Specialises in buy and hold residential investments and residential development and trade deals .
I have specialised predominantly in the South Auckland property market but have also done 50 or so deals in the Auckland surrounds and nationwide .
My company GETIN2 Property Ltd believes in making a difference in our clients financial future through property investment and we find this hugely rewarding . We have various services that are tailored to our clients needs .
A change of direction in my thinking and what my purpose is in this life has pushed me more towards working with clients and helping them achieve their property goals . Also alongside this I am continuing to build my own portfolio .
