Sometimes, yes, it's cool to wear Schopenhauer's hat when dealing with stupid difficult people. But sometimes it's just a waste of time. I prefer avoid & ignore strategy :-)
(By the way, I don't think I like that intro/outro music, it's too loud and distracting when played when you are talking)
