RE: Let's Make the EOS Constitution an Actual Contract

in #eos6 years ago

I find the whole situation so fascinating - and really appreciate that you take the time to engage with the community via steemit @lukestokes.

this blockchain has no owners, managers or fiduciaries; therefore no member shall have beneficial interest in more than 10% of the token supply

This one is a big one - and I’m wondering how it will be enforced? Will this type of measure be enough to prevent centralisation and/or corruption?

Either way, I think EOS is a huge leap in the right direction. The beauty of it is the world is waking up to the power of decentralisation. We can keep forking chains and creating new ones until we get it right. When else in history have people had so much power to create internationally recognised currencies?!
