The EOS Blockchain is scheduled to launch on June 1, 2018. EOS will run on a Delegated Prood Of Stake System (DPOS) where Block Producers will replace the concept of miners. EOS community will elect 21 Block Producers as custodians of the network. These block producers will receive EOS rewards for their work.
Currently there are over 100 EOS Block Producers candidates and today we are examining the top block producer candidates on our radar.
We encourage the EOS community to set up a voting poll so the community can vote for their preferred candidates and get an idea of who's in the lead before the block chain launches.

Some of the BP candidates you have mentioned inside your list arrived very lately in the EOS BP competition and did nearly not communicate at all.
I'm highly surprised by your short list. I will personally never elect a group like Genesis mining, already famous these last years for there great lack of transparency and lies. Who did already signed a "Life time" contract with them? Grotesque!
Groups like EOS New York, EOS Canada or EOS Dac are bringing a real plus-value to the project through there contributions or the debates they engage. They are not here by opportunism but by real conviction into building a new economic model.
Simply check the registration date of the different BP candidates accounts on steemit and observe how much each group has contributed to the ecosystem. Then, reestablish your list.

Here in Kenya we have the first/pioneering group of block producers from Africa. They go by the name of 'EOS Nairobi' consisting of over 200 EOS enthusiasts. They are highly skilled software/hardware engineers, programmers , strategists and business developers. I would vote for them:)
