Finally, after some sort of hickup with security, Binance reenabled EOS withdrawals today! I tried it out at once and it works fine.
Transaction fees are set at 0.001 and you need to withdraw at least 0.1 EOS so everthing quite reasonable.
It's a bit vague what you enter, as it says adress, but you need to enter your Account-name for the target, not your public key.
It takes about 5min, then you will see the amount in your wallet.
I staked and voted right away, naturally!
