Forks, dreaded in many POW chains, are a part of the EOS.io Eco system. Beside the well known Code forks liek Worbli and Telos, there is also EOS Force, WAX and a few other obscurer chains. Latest news now is from Meet.One who are also intending to set up their own coin. Here is their tweet:
Not sure what their own side chain is trying to achieve, but they habe an interesting approach, as Meet.One accounts will have the EOS suffix of m, and their promise is, that once IBC is established, it will be easy to permeate between accounts. Let's see about that. Token will be their own Meet.once coin, so their early drop makes more sense.
