Agreed, if EOS can deliver on it's huge promises, it certainly might develop into the biggest fish in the crypto pond (or should i say ocean?) But still there are many unknowns, and no blockchain launched yet. I am currently looking at possible weak points of the project myself.

I agree we should remain cautious until the platform proves itself. i am optimistic since this tech was used to write Bitshares and then Steem, both putting out volumes of transactions. Dan said he desgined Steem in approx 3 months, including the blockchain. Imagine how fast we could see real applications on a platform that had the blockchain already provided?! Decentralized Uber in 2019! Ha!
yes indeed, both platforms are valuable proofs of concept...
