So what is the Value Add Matrix?

I'm saving this! Thanks again my fellow watchdog, you got your hands full with this because these Block Producers here: https://t.me/eoswatchdogs are the top 30 best of the best in my mind and they are churning out new tools faster than we can keep up! LOL I love EOS!
