Thomas Cox has suggested smashing the EOS network on Wednesday (8-8-2018 at 0800 UTC) in an attempt to see just how many TPS EOS can handle.
To support this record attempt, Space invaders now has "Autopilot" for #eos888.
This is probably the easiest way to participate for the general public. The space invaders EOS contract has been optimised for volume, it is more efficient than the blocktwitter messages. Typically 100 EOS staked will give you 5000 moves (free transactions). When the EOS chain gets busy, it will reduce Txs available.
The Autopilot will keep going and even if your vessel crashes, it will restart and play the game on and on. So I recommend starting the game and leaving it in the background.

This is good! It's meant to demonstrate the performance of the Eos blockchain, it's only Ethereum & co. where you need to worry that a childish little game will clog the network and spike transaction costs for all participants.
Off course EOS is a good project it's gone higher
