A) Straight away, submit a claim to ECAF (EOS.IO Core Arbitration Forum) by filling this Form on there Website:

• You will be asked for some proofs you are the legit owner of the compromised account

B) Come and submit your case to the EOS 911 Group on Telegram:

• If you are not a Telegram user, please install it, then join

C) Monitor your stolen account to receive an Alert for any new movement. For that, you are going to use a Telegram Bot built by EOS Authority:

• You will neet to indicate your EOS Account's Name (12 characters), you can find it here.

Thats why I believe that Arbitration is a good thing. In Ethereum, Code is Law and you would be with no solution right now.
