The possible / likely impact of EOS is so staggering that the US restriction is like a kick right to the face for US citizens by the govt. It's very offputting to say the least that we still have to ask permission to allocate our own funds lest we face legal penalty. 😡

The terms are really just so that block.one has legal protection, but I hope they choose not to try to actually pursue and null the token of those who invest within the US. Big investors has easy ways to get around this, but it really does deter everyday investors.
