In case one doesn't know who Epstein is/was, he was a convicted paedophile, who serviced many powerful people at his pedo island, including Bill Clinton whose name appears on the flight manifests of the "Lolita Express" at least 26 times.
Wonder why this former POTUS is not being investigated, or why the FBI and the judicial system have suppressed all the names of those powerful people who were serviced by Epstein? What did the FBI do with all that evidence, files and videos and photos, that they obtained from Epstein's various mansions and from his private Island in the VI?
How about all the evidence found on Anthony Weiner's laptop, some of which was so vile that NYPD officers that saw it were quoted as saying they had to leave the room to vomit? This was also handed over to the FBI. What happened to it? What happened to the NYPD officers who said that if the FBI did nothing about it, they would?
One of the latest concoctions of current media is the term, "whataboutism", intended to draw one away from the obvious discrepancies and hypocrisies in the ways and means of meting out justice these days, depending upon who the target is. Pretty good tactic because I see it used all the time on social media now.
It is interesting also that almost all media articles about Epstein show one photo of Epstein, Maxwell, Donald and Melania Trump standing together at a party, a clear effort to incriminate Trump by association. How many know that, according to James Paterson's book, "Filthy Rich" about Epstein, that Trump banned Epstein from Mar-A-Lago when he learned that Epstein and Maxwell were soliciting underage girls? Trump also voluntarily gave a deposition for the first Epstein trial. Epstein ultimately got off easy after the first trial, after it was revealed by Acosta that he was told to back off of Epstein at the time because Epstein “belonged to intelligence.”
Roger Stone, part of Trump's transition team, stated publicly that General Flynn (also part of Trump's transition team) had a list of everyone in DC, and beyond, involved in the regular trafficking of children and those participating in such deviant and horrific practices with children. Remember how the FBI, and a compliant media, treated those two guys?
So, anyway, I think it's important to participate in a bit of "whataboutism" when at least considering why some people become targeted over and over by the DC powers that be, and so many others pretty much get a pass. There is much more to this "story" than "the stories" reported by our media which is bought and paid for by the same corrupt perverts who are being protected.
