Eric July is the front man for the rap metal group Backwordz. He's also the author of BeingLibertarian.com. I had the pleasure of meeting him and interviewing him at Anarchapulco. He was actually real cool and humble, with good energy and easy to get along with. I wish I would have talked to him longer, but that's what next year is for.

I love that Eric is putting a good message into music. I've always wanted to do that. In fact, I have been involved in music my whole life, starting as a kid and just loving music, to having a recording studio in my mid-twenties. I currently DJ for a living and I'm starting to produce music again. But he's doing it now. On a big scale! Backwordz made it onto the Billboards. Eric said they're probably the first big anarcho-capitalist (AnCap) band.

I attended Tom Woods' 1,000th episode live in Orlando, Florida. Eric July was the MC/Host of the event. They had a hilarious joke contest, among other things that made the show great.
