There have been experiments that show that psychic abilities are stronger when the brain resonates at the same frequencies as ambient EMF, these are the Schumann frequencies. It is possible they act as kinds of "carrier frequencies".
The pulses in microwave phone signals also have components that are in the brain frequency ranges - you can even hear them if your phone is near a speaker - which means we are being entrained to not deviate from those frequencies, as they never stop.
