Hola amigos de hive hoy les hablare de una feria que se celebró en estas vacaciones de semana santa y es la ̈ FERIA DE LA NIEVE¨que se celebró en Santiago Tulyehualco en la alcaldía de xochimilco , que se llevó a cabo el sábado 9 al 18 de abril, en la temporada más cálida del año para disfrutar. Después de dos años de no celebrarlo debido a la pandemia y de que estamos en semáforo verde y la tasa de contagios es baja este año se pudo realizar.

After two years of not celebrating it due to the pandemic and we are at a green traffic light and the infection rate is low, this year it was possible to do it.
El evento fue en la Plaza cívica Quirino Mendoza y Cortés donde también encontraras variedad de productos de amaranto, no hay que olvidar que este poblado se caracteriza por el cultivo de esta plata.Se conoce por que antiguamente se asentaron los árboles de olivo y se erige como lugar donde se originó el dulce de amaranto como lo conocemos ¨alegría¨ y a decir es donde se elabora artesanalmente la nieve.

Como esta festividad coincide con semana santa eso lo convierte en un atractivo principal debido a la producción de miles de litros de nieve de diferentes sabores para que los visitantes degusten de la variedad que hay como algunos conocidos tradicional,(fresa, mango guayaba, limón, chocolate, nuez, etc.)como exóticos(aguacate, víbora de cascabel, chile, mono,nopal, etc,) que no sabíamos que se podrían en nieve o combinación de algunos sabores con nombres tan fuera de la común; debido a la demanda de ciertos sabores podrás ver como realizar las nieves artesanalmente.Esta es una de las tantas festividades de tulyehualco y no solo hay nieve también podemos encontrar gran variedad gastronómico y artesanías así como otros punto de venta diferente(sombrero,playeras,collares, etc.). Para poder disfrutar de la feria tendrás que llegar temprano ya que se aglomera mucho la gente que tal vez no llegues a degustar todos sus sabores.

Y no solo eso ya que en tulyehualco es el evento principal, también podrás encontrar en el centro de tláhuac una parte de la feria de la nieve; no tendrá mucha variedad pero tendrás la misma experiencia ya que también cuenta con puestos de comida, nieve y los juegos mecánicos.En el centro también se realizan varias tipos de eventos pero no muchas personas tiene conocimiento de esto ya solo se enfocan en lugares donde se realizan eventos principales.
