No tengas miedo de distanciarte de todo y de todos en orden de recuperarte y volver a tomar el control de tu vida. Clasifica tus pensamientos. Escucha tu corazón. Respira. Lee un Libro. Escribe acerca de lo mucho que tu vida apesta y el caos que se encuentra - luego escribe en lo mucho que no puedes esperar para ver los cambios positivos en ella. Vuelve a aprender todo acerca de ti. Acepta todo el dolor por el que has pasado. Perdona de corazón a toda persona que te haya lastimado, incluso si eso significa solamente por dentro y nunca llegues a hecerlo vervalmente. Dejalo ir y rejuvenecete. Alejate un paso atras del caos y encuentra la paz contigo mismo.
