How to make dhosa with 5 types of pulses?
(For making 10-12 dhosa)

Material:

1/4 cup Arhar dal

Mug dal with 1/4 cup husk (broken) steemit

1/2 cup yellow mug dal (without husk)

1/4 gram pulses

1/4 beauli dal

Half a cup of rice

1 tablespoon cumin

3 thick red chillies

Salt to taste

Process:

Step 1: Soak all pulses and rice, whole red chilli and cumin in the same water. Cover the pot well and let it soak overnight. Pulses, rice will swell well after drowning.

Step 2: Grind all the ingredients well with this water the next morning. Make sure that there is no whole feeling in the stalks. Make sure your prepared whey is not too thick or too thin.
