Courgette
Chopped Parsley
Chopped coriander
1 Maggie
Spiece

• To prepare
  Cut all ingredients .. and put all ingredients in a pan with water
  and leave it to boil between 20-30 minutes .

After that grinding and let them boil 5 minutes .
