Fazenda Sertãozinho, an estate located in the municipality of Botelhos, lies within the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. This year's crop of Yellow Bourbon is exemplary of the style, and taste's like mom's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. This estate has 300 hectares of protected forest with towering old growth trees called Jequitibá Rosa (Cariniana legalis), which are 40 meters tall and estimated to be more than 1,500 years old. In a blend of old and new, coffee is processed at a state-of-the-art processing facility with certifications in quality management from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The estate also provides year-round employment with onsite housing, healthcare and a school.
