Being in a position of power and authority is one of the thing that mount pressure on human being because the high the power and authority, the higher the responsibilities. People begin to bring a lot of problem for a man in power to solve, such a man get busier than he has ever being. He begin to have lesser time for himself and have to sacrifice a lot of pressure. Indeed unease lies the head that wear the crown.
Nonetheless, as this man is in power, there are still things that are beyond his power, there are responsibilities he will not be able to handle, there are request he will not be able to grant and there are questions he will not be able to answers. But people don't usually reason along with such a man, people tends to get annoy and feel disappointed when they get a no for their request from a man in authority.
But the truth is, every man in power have a rule and regulations by which they work and an honest ruler won't want to compromise such rule just to satisfy anyone. Also they are human and one of the features of a man is that he is limited in his ability.
Only God is the Almighty who have no limit to what he can do and achieve, human though willing to help might be restricted by rule and regulations, might be limited by resources available buy one things is that we need to stop making men feel guilty for not offering to us what is not in their capabilities.
So when you get a no for an answer from a man in authority, instead of blaming them or talking behind them or making then feel guilty for not being able to offer the help, kindly reason along with them to know what might have limit them from granting your request.
Always know that Men are Might but not Almighty
