We had a nice lunch together. We have prepared a dish. It is "Pho Cuon". This is a very easy to make and delicious dish. It is important that the food is free to choose the food you like and finally pack it, eat with fish sauce + lemon + garlic + chilli + sugar is the number one.
Today we have prepared:
- Herbs
- Coriander
- Egg
- Sausage
- Pie
- Bean
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Pho
I'm not a picky eater but my friend has some who do not like to eat beans, some do not like to eat carrots or can not eat raw vegetables. Everybody has a hobby, so I think this is an ideal meal for friends' gatherings. Because everything is so active, everyone wants to eat something or like to add something to suit their own taste.
I also have a suggestion that this is a free dish so besides the ones I just mentioned above, you can add many other things such as pineapple, noodles, shrimp and many other seafood ... all Depends on your preferences.
I had a good lunch so I hope you can make this Pho Cuon dish. The preparation is not complicated and you can do it at home. Let your family and friends enjoy this dish.
