daging rebus atau dalam bahasa aceh disebut sie reuboh,bukan sekedar daging yang di rebus.ini kuliner khas kabupaten aceh besar yang diwariskan turun-temurun dan menjadi masakan wajib saat mau ramadhan telah tiba yaitu waktu meugang.sie reuboh memang bukan sekedar daging rebus.ia dibuat dari gumpalan daging beserta gapah yang di bumbui garam,cabe merah,cabe kering,cabe rawet serta kunyit.kemudian di rebus sampai mendidih.
