Introduction to esteem : a mobile application of the steem blockchain

Hi everybody,

I see that there is a lot of steemians, especially newbies, who don't know yet about a wonderful mobile application called esteem. So let's introduce it here.

In this post I will not give a detailed information about how tu use this application. I will rather give you an introduction to it. You can say it's an up and running tutorial of the application.

Esteem is developed by a steem witness called Feruz. His steemit account is @good-karma. By the way I thank him for it because he helped a lot of persons who move a lot and can not carry a laptop with him to any place and all the time. And the best way you can thank him, is by voting him as witness.

@esteemapp is the application's account. You can download the IOS version in the apple app store and the android version in the google play store. Below is a screenshot of esteem on google play store :

After installing it you sign up with your active key or posting key. Don't worry! @good-karma is an honest and trusty person and you are not going to sign in with you owner key.

It's a very user friendly application and below a screenshot of the home page :

You search a tag, a user or a post using the magnifying glass at the top right corner. And if you want to submit a post, just click the pen icon and you will be directed to an editing interface which is very simple to use.

When you click the menu button (the three horizontal lines in the top left corner), menu items appear like Bookmarks, drafts, schedules, transfer and many other features. Esteem has some features the steemit platform don't offer like the fact that you can choose a percentage of your total upvote value to use each time you vote.

I want to mention one last thing : when you poste something related to esteem and tag that poste with esteem word, @good-karma and @Esteemapp upvote your poste with 0.06 % the total of their upvote weight.
