Kimchi

Kimchi is a traditional Korean food which is the result of fermented mustard with various vegetables and spices. Kimchi is still brothers with pickles, even pickles and sauerkraut. The main ingredients are mustard greens, white radish, spring onion, ginger, garlic, and chili powder. These fresh vegetables are mixed and fermented, and the result is called kimchi.

Kimchi can not only be taken for granted with warm white rice, but it can also be the main ingredient for making kimchi-jjigae, kimchi-guk (soup), kimchi-jeon (pancake), and kimchi fried rice. Currently, kimchi is also widely used in western foods, such as hamburgers and pizzas, which are unique and much preferred. image
