To live in a cheap city, it is better to avoid the capitals of Western and Northern Europe.

The Swiss bank UBS has published its 17th ranking of the most expensive cities in the world. And the European cities are over-represented. There are six in the first nine cities. Two are American and only one Asian.

To establish this ranking, published on May 29, the financial institution compared the prices of 128 goods and services varied, in 77 cities in total.

Here are the 9 where prices are high in the world, including rents.

9. Chicago - The city on Lake Michigan is one of the most expensive in the world for dressing, 3rd in men's clothing and 5th in women's fashion.

8. London - Since Brexit, the city has no longer the average of the most expensive rents in Europe. The average price of the shopping cart has also decreased.

7. Paris - If one does not take into account its high rents, the city of lights falls to the 12th place of the UBS ranking.

6. Tokyo - The Japanese capital is in the top 5 most expensive cities to eat.

5. Copenhagen - Originally a Viking fishing village, the capital of Denmark has today become an important regional center for finance, science and maritime industries.

4. Oslo - Renowned for its quality of life, the capital of Norway is only 27th in cities with the highest purchasing power.

Strange to publish a list of the "most expensive cities" without considering the cost of housing (which, obviously, everyone needs). The absence of that invalidates the whole thing for me.

Thanks for posting, though.

ni para comer alcanza jajaja. Buen post nene, eso quiere decir que vivies en una de la ciudades más caras jejeje
