Architecture And Environment

Architecture is the art and science of designing buildings. In a broader sense, the architecture includes designing and building the entire built environment, ranging from the macro level of city planning, urban planning, landscape architecture, to the micro level of building design, parabot design and product design. Architecture also refers to the results of the design process.

The environment is a combination of physical conditions that include the state of natural resources such as land, water, solar energy, minerals, and flora and fauna that grow on the ground and in the ocean, with institutions that include human creation such as the decision how to use the physical environment.

For most people, their time is spent engaging both formal and informal organizations. From the time we enter school to community life, there are a lot of extracurricular activities to follow, such as choir groups, sports teams, musical groups or dramas, religious organizations in neighborhoods, or businesses.

Formal organization is a system of tasks, relationships, authorities, responsibilities, and responsibilities designed by management for the work can be done. While the informal organization is a personal and social networking relationship that may not be done on the basis of formal authority relations.

Informal organization can be formed within the company because of interaction among employees, for example arisan group in an office. Informal organizations arise because of personal and group needs within an organization.
