Every individual has his own personal goal or ambition of what he or she has to achieve in life, things he wants to pursue and look forward to work hard with dedication in achieving them, hence I Sami Usmani has these goals as well from the start of my career when I was in matric I had a dream to open up a hotel management system, these goals are divided into 5 portions which include Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound, these are further explained as follows.
Specific:
I want to open up a hotel management system where people can relax and stay at rates and have time of their lives, a complete package where people can rent a room enjoy state of the art luxury life with exquisite swimming pool and aesthetic view of a life time.
Measurable:
First phase of opening of hotel would be to buy a land with a beautiful view and hire labor to construct a magnificent hotel where people could feel relaxed and feel like home. I would need to hire a lot of staff for daily operations needed to make the hotel running.
Achievable:
I have the capital to buy the land and with some sponsors I could definitely manage to open one of the best hotel in the country, it is an achievable task given the amount of capital and hard work which comes with dedication and resilience, I personally believe every goal or task can be achieved if one can put his efforts in fulfilling it.
Relevant:
my overall business plan would be to build upon a customer relationship and not to just earn profits from my business, so as it says a satisfied customer is a best customer and it will lead to a better working environment with new customers gushing in everyday which eventually will cause profits to increase gradually and slowly, but first I want to make my customers have the best time of their lives in my hotel and make them satisfy in every way possible.
Time bound:
A scheduling process team will be made which will make sure the work needed to complete my hotel is taken on daily basis and not just fortnightly or monthly and this team will directly report back to me so that I will make sure that everything is on time and according to plan.
