who is not familiar with this one cuisine, this is the result of @tantemuda own artificial!

   chicken that is coated with flour is already famous where.

this time @tantemuda want to share ways or tips to make kentuky or fried chicken in coated flour

Here is a complete recipe and how to make the right KFC fried chicken. Let's see ...

(Read slowly to keep nothing left).

Material:

1 kg of chicken, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp finely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper powder
1/2 tsp fine salt
The oil for frying
Liquid Coatings:
300 ml of cold water / ice water
300 g high flour protein (suggestion, chakra cap twin)
40 g of cornstarch
1/2 tbsp milk powder
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp fine salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Dry Coating Materials:
400 g high flour protein
100 g cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp powdered instant flavored chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 fine salt (if you want to taste spicy chicken, you can add chilli powder)

How to make:

Liquid coating:

  Mix wheat flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder, pepper, salt and vetsin. Stir well. Enter the egg yolk and water little by little while in stir until well blended. Store in refrigerator / cool place.

Dry Coating:

            Mix all dry coating materials. Stir well. Set aside.Season the chicken pieces with pepper, salt, garlic powder and red pepper powder. Stir well. Let stand 15 minutes for the spices to sink in.
 Roll the chicken pieces into a dry coating until the entire surface is covered with flour. Dip it in a liquid coating and roll it back into a dry coating while squeezing. Do up to 2 times if you want an extra chicken kriuk. Do this until the chicken runs out.

  Heat oil, fry the chicken in the oil a lot with medium heat. Cook until the chicken is cooked, brownish yellow and dry. Lift, drain.chicken Goreng Flour a la Kentucky ready to serve with sauce & chilli sauce.

there are several things to note:

Mixture of flour and water: To remember, this same flour mixture of water is not too thick, preferably keencerannya similar to the dough of fried banana flour.
Thickness of flour: Many think that to produce chicken crispy is with a thick flour. But precisely that thick flour is so culprit why crispynya chicken crispy not. Once a bandage is enough.
