We have Day and Night mode for reading! Having more comprehensive theme changing will come later on, but it is on todo list. Thank you for suggestion! ;)
I saw night mode on iOS but not Android. Will recheck.
Yes, it is available on Android as well. Every feature we try to provide in both platforms so that users won't feel much difference.
