Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and blue cheese

Products:
8 slices of bacon
4 boneless chicken breasts cut into halves
500 g of spinach
1 cup of crushed blue cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:
Fry the bacon to golden and crunchy. Drain fat on kitchen paper and leave aside.

Heat the oven 180 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the chopped spinach and blue cheese. Add to them the chopped bacon.

Chicken breasts gently beat to thin them. Put them in the stuffing and spread it over the surface of the meat. Roll on roll and tie with thread if necessary. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Roll it in the flour.

Fry in the hot fat on each side to seal the flavors.
