ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံအတြင္း သံရံုးဖြင့္ထားေသာ နိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၄၁ နိုင္ငံ ရွိပါတယ္။ အျခားနိုင္ငံမ်ားနွင့္ ပူးတြဲ သံရံုးဖြင့္ထားေသာ နိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၃၈ နိုင္ငံရိွပါတယ္။
ဒါေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံႏွင့္ သံတမန္ ဆက္သြယ္ေသာ နိုင္ငံေပါင္ ၇၉ နိုင္ငံရွိပါတယ္။
လက္ရွိၾကားျဖတ္သမၼတ တက္လာခ်ိန္မွာ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ေၾကာင္း သဝန္လႊာေပးပို႔တဲ့ နိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၆ နိုင္ငံရွိေၾကာင္း သတင္းတပုဒ္မွာ ဖတ္လိုက္ရပါတယ္။
ႏုိင္ငံတစ္နိုင္ငံရဲ႕ သမၼတရာထူးဆိုတာ အထြဋ္အထိပ္ပါ။ ဒီေနရာကို ေရာက္လာတဲ့သူေတြကို သံတမန္ေရးအရ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ေၾကာင္းသဝန္လႊာ ေပးပို႔ျခင္းဟာလည္း နိုင္ငံတကာယဥ္ေက်းမႈ တရပ္ပါပဲ။ သမၼတသည္ နိုင္ငံကို ကိုယ္စားျပဳေနပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံ့အေရးအရာ အားလံုး ဆံုးျဖတ္နိုင္ခြင့္ရွိသူ အျဖစ္လည္း ေလးစားတန္ဖိုးထားၾကပါတယ္။ နန္းတက္ပြဲမွာ သဝန္လႊာေပးပို႔ျခင္းျဖင့္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳမႈကိုလည္း ေဖာ္ျပေနျပန္ပါတယ္။
သမၼတတစ္ဦးအေပၚ ႏိုင္ငံတကာရဲ႕ သေဘာထားကို ၾကည့္ျမင္နိုင္ပါတယ္။
ဒီကေန႔ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံႏွင့္ သံတမန္အဆက္အသြယ္ရွိေသာ နိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၇၉ နိုင္ငံမွာ ၆ နိုင္ငံသာ ဆိုေတာ့ နိုင္ငံတကာရဲ႕ သေဘာထားကေတာ့ ရွင္းေနပါတယ္။
အခု သမၼတဟာ ရုပ္ေသး သမၼတ မဟုတ္ဘူးလို႔ အာဏာရပါတီရဲ႕ ေျပာေရးဆိုခြင့္ ရွိသူႀကီးကလည္း ဆိုထားျပန္ေတာ့ နိုင္ငံတကာက ဘယ္လို ရႈျမင္မလည္းေတာ့ မေတြးတတ္ေတာ့ဘူး။
