Haloo steemian friend how are you let's we have sahur together wit me and here i want discusing about HIKMAH OF SAHUR....

THERE IS HIKMAH IN EATING SILENCE

Know that in eating Sahur there is blessing, meaning a lot of good and still continue to exist. Eating sahur is a desirable thing and is recommended to be upgraded.
From Anas bin Malik, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
تسحروا فإن فى السحور بركة
"Eat sahurlah you because in eating Sahur there is blessing." (Muttafaqun 'alaih)
Some of the benefits of the above hadith:

  1. Advice to eat dawn.
  2. Eat origin mubah (may). But if eating like this is intended for taqorrub (get closer) to God, then it can turn into a thing that is disunnahkan. In essence, mubah case can turn into sunnah with the intention as in meal Sahur.
  3. This hadeeth suggests it is advisable to end the meal for sahur in Arabic for the end of the night.
  4. The word 'sahuur' is different from 'temperament'. Sahuur means food eaten at dawn. While the temperature is meaningful eating activity dawn. So that one means food and the other means (activity) eating.
  5. What is meant by barokah is growing and growing. This hadith explains that the baroque is in the meal. And what sets this baroque is God. So the baroque did not come from the thing itself, but it was conferred by God.
    Thus among the benefits of hadith the suggestion of eating dawn. Helpful.
