Love is a beautiful thing , yes agreed but sometimes love is earn if their is trust, your partner's activities and actions determines alot if they are trust worthy or not, for a relationship to be perfect ,maximum love and trust is needed.
Signs that show your partner truly loves you and can be trusted include :

Feeling too big to admit ones wrong in a relationship sometimes can be related to ego, pride, some hide and get defensive but to be sincere an apology reveals the desire to build trust.
Support for each other : You can always support your partner especially if they flakes out ,you can lend a helping hand, also be open about your income, an act of hiding money from your partner shows you are expecting the worse from them.
Going out of their way to please you: A good partner will go out of their ways for you to make sure you are at ease, always welcome your partner gesture of faithfulness , example if you are feeling insecured about his or her business counterpart that you think is attractive and probably feel might be crushing for your partner which makes you feel uncomfortable, a good partner after noticing this will bring up an offer of introducing such person to you, so accept ghetto offer, it's a way of telling you, you matters the most and come first in their life.
He or she hands over phone to you promptly : It's not advisable to go through your partner's phone when you are not authorized to do so but if he or she gives you his or her phone promptly , trust me he/she has nothing to hide, although that does not mean you should start searching for someone because this makes you a security and which is not cool, on the other hand, being too guarded about your phone may indicate a sign of cheating
Making all their feelings known to you : One of the main signs that indicates that your partner loves you is when he/she is honey in all his/her thought , he/she will be willing to open up truthfully without minding if it will bring about criticism or not.
All the signs listed above are part of those signs you can study in your partner to determine the level of trust you can have for them .
