With centralized "contests", "votings" there sometimes are certain contestants excluded from the prizes or outright predetermined winners due to personal preferences of the "contest" runners or perceived past history between the counterparts. Absolutely Hypothetically of course as it often happens to be the case no doubt.
Also often the rules of competitions are not clear, precise or simplex. Fair enough.
But as a centralized competition , the centralized entity can do how they please as it is of course.

At location 105,-24 & 106,-24 there is the MAX 10 Metas deployed for
the best odds of there spawning slimeMons.
Players can earn Marks by playing which are a part of the Ethermon economy
with the erc20 token Emont. The land owner also receives Marks when there
is action on the land.

i swear i helped design this game via random conversation with someone many years ago ;) ( wanted a combine of gothador ( map based x y coords ) and entropia universe (mmo shooter-ish game ( had other variables like craft / wc/ etc
