I find it interesting to see a post mentioning Qtum's improvements on ethereum outside of the Chinese language media, it seems to have been ignored more or less in the western world but they're working on improving governance and if they can successfully bond utxos and the EVM together we might finally see more ubiquitous uses for dapps. That said, the price of the token is already sky high for just IOUs without even a test net, which makes no sense since the ICO went relatively slow by today's standards.
Wishing that I hadn't listened to a lot of the FUD around Qtum at the time of it's ICO. Still obtained a tiny bit but my plans to buy a bunch when it hit exchanges didn't really pan out with the skyrocketing price. It's trading huge volumes on Chinese exchanges just for IOUs
