2 days Ago on reddit thred CETH dev posted about introducing CETH
they are planning immutable Ethereum with new CETH
CETH will follow ETH block 1920000 and will start its own journey and they are against of Hard forks in Ceth there will be no more possibilities of transferring balances from accounts with Hard forks and moving funds without Signatures.
they may stick with POW and wont switch to POS

Current dev team is in talks with some exchanges to distribute them and reward Same amount ot CETH against ETh in their wallets
