The idea of flipping rep would be for people curious about what is being downvoted the most.
Just on the technical side, as far as you know, does it seem like it might be feasible to simply reverse it (on the front-end)?

If you look at beta site you can see there are flag markers. Look for the green and red dots. More dots means more flags. Also flags will not hide content like it does now. Would need to be negative rep to hide by default.
