In companies claiming to be professionals, it shows that managers are uneducated and inexperienced in certain subjects.
Since the manager does not set clear and clear goals for you and does not lower the company policy, mission and strategy to your level and you do not know what is priority and what is not, you attack all of them as if they are in the highest priority and the result will be disappointing.
If the manager is doing this, he either did not understand or did not receive the necessary information and is trying to find his way through trial and error.
If you're in a company that can't prioritize and you're young, I suggest you sail into other waters right away.
