In June, I did a running workout 13 times and ran 267 km collectively. The distance was far short of my monthly target of 300 km.

Recently I often fell to do satisfactory workout. Especially long running is very painful. It is perhaps because of wearing a mask, but I guess that's not the only reason.

Probably I should put more effort into basic mascle training, core strength training, slow long jogging and so on. In July, it's going to get hotter and hotter. I'd like to rebuild my running ability, watching out for heat stroke.

Nothing can stop a consistent Runner.
