Today I went out for running after work. I ran a little longer distance than yesterday. And the average pace was also better than yesterday. It is most significant that I didn't get any pain in my left knee.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。昨日より少し長い距離を走りました。平均ペースも昨日よりよかったです。最も大事なことは、左ひざに痛みが出なかったことです。
I have to increase running distance step by step to restore my running ability.
走力の復活に向けて、一歩一歩、走行距離を伸ばしていくしかありませんん。
By the way, unfortunately the cardiotachometry function of my GPS watch didn't work well in this workout, so it recorded my heart rate only during a small part of the workout.
