I just finished a 3.845km run that lasted about 0hh:29mm:18ss !
Made it out for a run after work yesterday with my colleagues. It was a great run along the water. More of a camaraderie builder than anything.
Many of us will be running a 5k race this Sunday for the "CIBC Run for the Cure" -- breastcancer fundraiser / awareness campaign.
I have some goals of trying to run the 5k in about 25 minutes, but that might be a bit optimistic. Looking forward to it though!

It's definitely a nice place to go for a run! Certainly helps me get out the door sometimes :)
