I love to turn off my phone, my WIFI just for a few days or weeks to step aside from all this hectic world. My thoughts are much clearer. I recognise the persons next to me much more intense. In general, I improve my direct senses and you get a much better relationship with yourselves and your environment.
I KNOW IT CAN BE HARD BUT TRY IT OUT IT IS 100 TIMES WORTH IT!
